The laws of the province of Alberta, Canada will in all cases govern access to and use of the Website and the Content, and the construction, interpretation, validity and effect of this Agreement, regardless of your location, residence or domicile.  The courts of Alberta will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Agreement, without regard to their conflicts of laws provisions.
