Special Guest: Elizabeth Ann Guevara
Date: July 8, 2008
Time: 1 PM Pacific / 4 PM Eastern
Where: http://www.welcomechanges.com/radio
Show Topic: Separated by Dreams
Who is Elizabeth Ann Guevara?
Liz Guevara was born and raised in a small town just north of San Diego, California. After leaving home, she began working fulltime at the age of sixteen, when most kids her age were still in high school having fun and dating. Twenty-six years later, she left the corporate field behind to pursue her real dreams. Something she didn’t know at that time was that leaving the workaday world would finally allow her to spend quality time with her mother, since she hadn’t been able to do that while raising her son, Sean, and flying all over the country on business.
From 2001 on, Liz began spending more time with her family. They didn’t do anything special, and it was never planned. Every chance they had, they were together, just enjoying the moment and sharing laughter. Over time, Liz slowed down and eventually stopped doing "dream sessions" because she didn’t want to lose any precious time with her mother. The years they shared were wonderful, until her mother passed away in April 2005. Her mother had long encouraged Liz to publish her first book and to patent her product–and it’s all beginning to come to fruition.

*Note* What was really fun about this show is that I had invited Dr. Jill to be my special guest when she was self-publishing, and weeks before she was invited to be on Oprah’s Soul Series. I was really excited to find out I was on the same wave length as Oprah! (That’s my story and I’m sticking to it because it feels really good!
